HELP SECTION
Here's some help to take you through the site smoothly:
1.) First, you'll need to have your checkbook in hand!
2.) Then register and retrieve your password from your email address.
3.) Next login and go to update your account information or change your password. We recommend that you change your password.
4.) Click on the new account link and follow the easy on-line check format.
(Use the check photo on the top of the page for reference) Just fill in the boxes correctly. You will only have to enter that information the first time you use the service, UNLESS you use multiple accounts. Then you will still only have to enter each additional account initially. From there, hit the button on the bottom of the page.
5.) On the next page just enter the next check number in your checkbook.
(NOTE: This check must be VOIDED in your checkbook. Banks WILL NOT honor multiple check numbers from the same account).
6.) Please verify that all the information you enter is correct.
7.) Please read the USER AGREEMENT and check the ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE box, (You must check this box), or your check will not be processed. To submit, just click the button and write down all the information in your CHECK REGISTER like normal and include your transaction number given at the end.
WE'LL TAKE IT FROM THERE!
8.) CheckingPal will print and draft your authorized check (which includes our service fee) PAYABLE to CheckingPal.
9.) AFTER YOUR CHECK CLEARS (Checks generally clear in 3 - 4 business days!) We will then release a GUARANTEED CHECK to the Payee in the amount you entered on the on-line check form.

10.) The check is then PRINTED, ADDRESSED AND MAILED to the designated PAYEE.
11.) Once the payee receives the check, YOUR PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE. If you've purchased an item your purchase should arrive soon.
